Q: How do I get tickets?
You can purchase advance tickets to all upcoming shows via our website at theroyalgrove.com. Please do not purchase tickets from an unknown, 3rd party vendor or reseller; we may not be able to verify those tickets as being authentic. Tickets can also be purchased in person at The Royal Grove beginning 1 hour before any scheduled event. There are no service charges or ticket fees at the box office.
Q: What is your refund policy?
All tickets are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process.
By purchasing a ticket to any or our events, you agree to this purchase policy. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event.
Q: What age restrictions do you have?
Unless otherwise posted all of our shows are All Ages. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or bring a notarized letter of consent from a parent or guardian. Please email us at info@theroyalgrove.com for the letter of consent.
Q: Do I need my ID to attend a show?
An ID is required only if you are planning on drinking alcohol. Anyone without proper ID will be treated as under 21 and not allowed to buy, hold, or drink alcohol. This policy is strictly enforced and any violation will result in immediate ejection from the venue.
Q: Can I bring my bag or purse into the venue?
We have a clear bag policy. Small clutches, wallets, and purses no larger than the size of a hand are permitted.
Q: What is your Covid 19 Policy?
Masks are NOT required but are encouraged when not eating, drinking, or practicing 6 ft. of social distancing.
Proof of vaccination or negative Covid test is NOT required. However, we strongly encourage everyone to get vaccinated ASAP and/or to take a simple Covid-19 rapid test before attending any event.
Patrons who have a fever or are exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19 should stay at home.
PLEASE NOTE: The above is The Royal Grove's policy, If an artist determines that they would like a stricter policy, we will honor that for individual shows. Please check the individual show page to see if an artist’s policy differs from ours before planning your visit to our venue.
