REFUND POLICY- THE BASICS 

NO REFUNDS ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL! 

We do not accommodate requests for refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, the following situations:

  • Change of plans

  • Illness or medical issues

  • Travel difficulties

  • Weather conditions

  • Event schedule changes

  • Artist lineup changes

  • Venue capacity issues

Event Changes and Cancellations

The Royal Grove reserves the right to change the schedule, artists, and lineup at any time without prior notice. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend double-checking the artist and date of your desired event before making a purchase.

Entry Not Guaranteed

Holding a ticket does not guarantee entry to the venue. Entry is subject to the venue's capacity limits. If the venue is at capacity when you arrive, you will have to wait until space becomes available. We recommend arriving early to increase your chances of entry.

Tickets as Admission

Tickets purchased for events at The Royal Grove serve as a form of cheaper admission. Purchasing a ticket does not entitle the holder to any additional rights or privileges beyond admission, subject to venue capacity.
